Return & Refund Policy – Grafixwear

At Grafixwear, we want you to love your DTG printed oversized T-shirts. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
1.2. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
1.3. The order invoice or proof of purchase must be included with the return.
1.4. Items eligible for return include:

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Wrong product received

2. Non-Returnable Items

2.1. Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
2.2. Personalized or customized products are non-returnable unless defective.

3. How to Initiate a Return

3.2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
3.3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the shipping instructions.

4. Refunds

4.1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
4.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4.3. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).

5. Exchanges

5.1. Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Lost or Damaged Returns

6.1. Grafixwear is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
6.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
