1.1. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
1.2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
1.3. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

2.1. We ship across India using trusted courier partners.
2.2. Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other cities/towns: 5–8 business days

  • Remote areas: Up to 10 business days
    2.3. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

3.1. Shipping charges, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3.2. Free shipping promotions, if offered, will be clearly mentioned on the product page or during checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

4.1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
4.2. You can use this tracking ID to monitor your delivery through the courier partner’s website.

5. Shipping Address

5.1. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout.
5.2. Grafixwear is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. International Shipping

6.1. Currently, Grafixwear ships only within India.
6.2. International shipping may be introduced in the future — updates will be posted on the website.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

7.1. In the unlikely event your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
7.2. We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue or replace the item if necessary.
